Brand new, never used, only setup in the driveway and the grandsons climbed in it. Comes with a brand new RTT Comfort 5082 self inflating air mattress designed for the mini as well . Changed my thoughts on it as soon as I got it installed. Skip the shipping and pickup local. Almost $5000 delivered. Will take $4500 for it.
