Infotainment updates

I just got off the phone with the tech dept at Infotainment. I bought the 8.4 radio upgrade from them several months ago. I was curious about upgrades of software. I was told that they are sent out with the latest upgrades but future upgrades are not possible at this time. I ask if they would be in the future and got a very wish washy answer. This is just a heads up. If I had known about this I would of bought my radio elsewhere.

I find this odd as well, with my ram i could go to the uconnect website and there would be updates a few times a year, none for this new setup
