Ok, my situation is:

I have the auxilliary switches finally installed, (Any dealer or person doing a factory order who dont add this to a build for the cost and trouble to add on after the fact should be evaluated , I thought it was a brutal/uggg 5ish hr ordeal.lol)

But I have 3 sets of lights to hook upto them. The cheapest set is straight forward, hot/ground.
The other 2 sets have relays, switches, and inline fuses.
My question is do I need a inline fuse since I'm hooking the hot to the mopar aux switches?
And would it be a simple fix to just cut out the switches, relays and inline fuses and wire them directly to the mopar switches with just a hot wire and ground? Guess I'm asking if I have to have the relays or inline fuses?

Relays and switches are not necessary. Additional fuses are always good, but not necessary. You can use the harness as it is, with the switch left on and all the wires bundled together, or strip all the excess out and just connect the hot to the AUX switch.
