Is it possible to reprogram the function of a button on the center console?

I'm assuming the answer is no, but I figured I'd ask anyway.

I swapped out my bumper that had the parking sensors on it, so now this button on my console is basically useless.

Is there any way (like with JScan or any other app) to use this button for something else? If not, any other suggestions?
