Is the jeep Gladiator the best off road truck?

Has to be the best rock crawler at least right? Rubicon with a diesel I would imagine beats any truck on rocks. I could be wrong though

The most capable 4x4 of all time is the 80 series toyota land cruiser in my opinion. I know this is a jeep forum so don't kill me. I bought the gladiator because to me it is the closest thing to the 80 series. When I first drove the gladiator it gave me 80 series vibes. In my opinion the gladiator is the best off road truck at least in the US. The rest of the world may say the 70 series ute is the best off road truck. But I will admit the the gladiator and all current jeep products are nicer than any land cruiser I have ever driven. It takes a lot to convert a die hard cruiser head like me.

I’ve driven the Tacoma and the Tundra on and off road. The current Taco motor is inferior to the V6 Gladiator engine by a stretch, and the Tundra is a bloated and somewhat tinny beast. I’ve never driven a Raptor…..it’s a Ford.
