Is this a normal orientation for the brake line?

2021 Jeep Gladiator High Altitude
Almost killed myself on the way to the grocery store. Made it to parking lot and saw a puddle of fluid. This is the driver side rear. Contrasting to passenger side rear, the line goes straight up whereas this goes out. My first thought was it got bent but it doesn't look bent. Is this the way it's supposed to be? Wondering if I can fix this myself or I need a shop.

The line has to be replaced, and it does appear to have been bent. Replacing the line is not difficult, but you will need to bleed the system using a scan tool to actuate the ABS pump and hydraulic control unit. If you aren't comfortable with doing this, take it to a shop.

Yes, that line is bent. It should be pointing up as shown below.
If air has not entered the hydraulic control unit, you can just perform a normal brake bleed as specified in the FSM.
