Issues with Android Auto

Picked up my new JTR this weekend.

Been trying to use Android Auto but getting some odd behavior:

1) Not getting the voice guidance...the system mutes radio and acts like its saying something...but can't hear anything.

2) Tidal: I see my my playlists and such but when I click on them there are not songs listed....just says press icon in upper left to play something...of course there is no icon.

3) Plex: I have a Plex server with all my CDs ripped. Using the Plex APP in Uconnect I only get to choose from Playlists or Recently Added Artist......no way to browse by artist,title, etc?

For voice guidance, have you tried turning the volume up? You have to turn it up WHILE the system should be saying something, otherwise you'll just change the main volume instead of the voice volume.

Reinstalled/deleted data from both Google Maps and Android Auto apps and now it seems to be working.

Still only seeing Playlists and Recently added with Plex....and Tidal just shows names of categories...no songs.

Pretty sure these are not issues with Uconnect but with crappy apps not ready for Android Auto. Plex support forums full of reports of similar problems....something related to size of library. No clue about Tidal.
