I don't see much novel information in there. Does he look at any comparisons to other brands? I think that's an important thing that tunnel-vision like this can miss. Not that I disagree that people aren't keen spending a lot on new vehicles, but I'm not convinced that the price problem is isolated to the Jeep lineup.

I can imagine that all auto manufacturers are going to experience a sales drop soon. Not as many people can afford to spend $50k to $60K+ on a vehicle. They are going to be fighting over the same shrinking customer base. I can afford it and I’m still choking on what I’m spending on what I ordered to be built.

I guess I should have clicked on the link first before responding. $110K luxury Jeep. No wonder it’s sales dropped. I could afford one, but I would never buy.
