JT/JL Aftermarket LED Fender Light Issues

I recently got my Jeep Gladiator nearly 3 months ago now and so far I love it. My Gladiator I purchased came with halogen lighting, which was one of the things that I wanted to change as soon as I got it. So I purchased led headlights, and fender lights as well. The headlights work great, however the fender lights I purchased have some Issues.

I purchased the led fender lights from amazon, and they are led with sequential turn signals. I think they look great but I am having a few issues with them:

My first issue is that sometimes my left sequential blinker stays on when I do not have my turn signal on, and its just the solid amber light under the DRL light. I have no idea why it doesn't shut off.

My second issue is that even when I have the knob that controls the headlights turned off, all the way to the left, my fender light DRLs still remain on.

I have tried researching these issues but have had no luck finding anybody that has had the same problem.

Does anyone know why this might be, and what would be my solutions?

First did you reprogram the tipm for leds with a tazer or other programer?

Drls are made to be on all the time, and will be on any time ignition is on, unless ebrake is on(ebrake may not effect aftermarket drls)

The directional issues sounds like a faulty light assembly, are they are name brand or china lights?
