I guess I'll have to start wearing a jock, stuff the fob in the cup pocket.I never found a fix. I have just learned to work around the issue. When I finish a cold ride, I take the fob out of my pack and try it. If it doesn't work, I shove that little ice cube into the waistband of my shorts, curse a few times, talk with my buddies about how awesome the ride was, and in less than a minute it works again. PITA
Ridiculous to have a critical component inoperative at 20°F, when most automotive components and systems are tested from -40° to +80°C.
Jeep must have assumed that winter runners and cyclists drive Subarus.
