Leaking window sealer?!

So I took a good look at my truck today after washing bird shit off and I noticed what seems to be leaking polyurethane sealant? Has anyone ever had this issue? I'll be going back to the dealer to inquire about it since I've only had the truck a week now.

Looks like paint more than sealant.

Might have been touchup from a post factory, pre delivery repair.

UPDATE: Finally had time to go to the dealer. They suspect it is factory sealer that somehow got hot enough to drip. They couldn't get it off the paint so they're submitting a claim to Chrysler and will SAND and REPAINT the hard top, lol.
