LED Light ECU Question

Got a question. I purchased the Oracle Headlight with halo LED headlights and the Oracle Fog Lights with halo. I currently have the halogen headlights. I believe Oracle has said neither sets of lights need the change in the computer and they will work fine. If I changed the setting in the computer to LED anyway, would it hurt anything or make a difference?

I Got the ones with the RGB halos. I installed them without selecting LED for the headlights using my Flashcal. They worked fine so I didnt see a reason to switch So not sure if it would or not.

MIne were plug and play. Headlights easy install. Fogs a bit tricky. i should of removed the bumper probably would of made wiring and placing the backs on the bumper a breeze.
