LED Tail Light Covers?

Hey all. I have been looking for decorative tail light covers for my Gladiator. I've found some on ETSY but am not too keen on the designs. I've found others for the Wrangler I like. My understanding is that the two light systems are not the same. I'm not looking for the actual lights though. I only want a decorative cover to put ore style on my baby.

Can anyone confirm that the led tail lights are completely different dimmesions?

Also, does anyone know where to find some decorative covers?

PS. I have blind spot monitoring as well.
