LESSON LEARNED:

In my humble opinion the Jeep Wrangler JK was the best Wrangler ever made... Period!!
Last year I made the mistake of trading in my beloved 2013 - JK two door Sport for a new 2023 Wrangler JL, in a very short period of time I realized that they pulled the Wrangler's TEETH OUT.
After one year of owning the LAZY JL I couldn't stand it anymore, I felt like I was driving a mom and pop SUV and I should have a couple of kids and bags of groceries in the back.
My wife’s dog missed the JK too.
So after a year of research and wanting to drive my wife’s Gladiator all the time I traded ā€œITā€ in for a 2024 Gladiator.
For the most part, I love the Gladiator; it’s a do everything vehicle, I love its sure footed handling, it looks greatand it wants to play like the Wrangler JK use to.

That bit of juggling cost me $17,000.00 plus aftermarket add ons and I bet I’m not the only one that wasn’t happy with the Wrangler JL but in retrospect I should have researched the JL better.

Glad you're happy again. I also love the JK's....( although my preferences would be MB, TJ, THEN JK (only with Pentastars, hated the 3.8L) if I were picking my favorite jeeps of all time)

The JKs are great, but man I loved my TJ…even when it was a PITA. It served a previous owner 180k miles as a rural mail carrier. They don’t build them like that anymore.

The JT is a better fit for me now though. Glad you’re happier in another Jeep model.

Love my Gladiator. I’m still holding onto my 2 door JK. I probably won’t get rid of it, it still is good to have to take on hardcore trails that I wouldn’t want to beat up my gladiator on. But man it’s no where near as nice on the highway by a long shot.

Well, I can understand some of it. :like: I definitely love my LJ and wouldn't trade it for a newer "Wrangler" that said it's over 255500 miles on it. When I got my JT I had a work commute over 100 miles roundtrip. Now I'm trying to wear out the tires on LJ, I swapped the tires off my XJ and the tires never want to wear out just die from time or ripping out sidewall. 😳 3rd set of that tread design of 33s MT's since 2000. :giggle: glad to hear of another JT owner. A friend of mine traded his vehicle for a used 2020 JT a few months back.
