Lift Question (about interchangeability.)

My question (if anyone has experience in it or done it themselves) is weather a lift for a gladiator can be put on a JK. I have the 2.5" Rough Country spacer lift. I want to move up to a suspension 3.5 lift. My wife has a 2015 4 door JK with no lift. So Im wondering if I order a 3.5" lift if I could then move my 2.5" to her JK.
Anyone know?
