Hi all,

I've got an RLD topper on order. It should be in within 6 weeks.

I will be using it to carry my dog in a crate so I want to cover the top panel with white wrap to keep interior temps down in the summer.

I have never done this so I would like to buy some material that can be used with a wet application since that seems to be much more "idiot proof".

I was also thinking of putting the white wrap on the top of the Gladiator top and freedom panels to also keep temps down. The truck is so tall that you never see the top so it won't be ugly.

The truck has a painted top so the finish is smooth so there shouldn't' be any adhesion issues.

Thoughts? Advice??

I assume you are talking about vinyl wrap? If so, 3M is typically one of the best out there, and I believe most wrap material can be applied wet. Get yourself a felt lined squeegee and follow the manufacturer's recommendation for surface prep, then you should be good.
