Looking for any good remote overlanding/camp spots in the mountains west of Denver. Having trouble finding spots that have great hiking either within a few mins drive or directly from a remote campsite.

Haven’t explored much yet, just moved to Evergreen last fall.

Cheers,
Thanks

Try Tin Cup Pass. Good camping on the backside.
Crystal Mill makes a nice day trip with good BBQ. If you want a ride, Devil's Punch Bowl is not for the timid.

I just moved to Denver and as the trails open exploring... will also want to find good remote overlanding/camp spots in the mountains west of Denver to take the family!

Yes, the books are good. Also https://traildamage.com/trails/ is a good resource and gets you GPS files!
