Mojave shock end cap screws rusted

So I'm assuming the above no longer applies. Too bad, I was really looking forward to seeing if the dealer was actually going to replace all 4 shocks.

Meh, I mean they still didn’t meet the spec, but basically every dealer won’t “diagnose” issues on weekends and I’m not taking time off work to go to the dealer. If there was a dealer open on a weekend for something other than oil changes I probably would drop it off and complain still. I really just want to know the purpose of it and if it can be removed without damaging the shocks.
