Dealers do accept the 15% Off coupon!
Used it when purchasing my Mopar Lift in-store. I used the 10% Off Service coupon for the installation as well!

Ask the staff at the parts counter to do better. Mine give me 25% no limit. Was going to do it on a hard top but I got the 2 inch lift instead.

Ask them for more! They are competing with other dealers and the aftermarket!

That must be a regional or local thing.
I've tried the various angles - you get either "sorry, it says 15%, that's all we do" or "you could get a better deal online, I suggest you do that".
Yes, one dealer, where I bought my JT - literally said "here's a web site, you can get a better price on these". He handed me his business card with a Jeep accessories web site written on the back!!

Parts counters at dealerships aren't competing with each other. Parts isn't their bread and butter. Shop labor is and shop repairs is. Even when I worked in a shop and helped out at the counter now and then, the boss and bean counter both said the money was in the parts sold through the shop and parts used with the repairs.
Of the half dozen dealerships I can think of within an hour drive from me, 3 are corporate owned by the same out-of-state based company, who do they compete against? Themselves.

It can't hurt to try - not saying to not try, but the discount bit isn't all that common.

I tried to order the katzkin last night and it wouldn’t work for me either. I wonder if it was some glitch that the 12/31 orders wouldn’t go through.
