I installed the Mopar bracket on mine. It attaches to the frame and provides a place to mount lights between the grille and bumper. As long as the lights are not too thick, they should work. I'll post a picture later. I used mine to mount a bar to attach additional lights.

Awesome. Gonna look at these mounts also. Contacted Quadratec today about fitment with the slim lights. I had slims on my 2 dr JL sport and they fit. Close to grill but fit. I'm thinking these will be just fine. I know the grille is a bit different and my bumper is from an overland due to having an altitude package. Suppose to hear from Quadratec tomorrow to confirm. Thanks for posting photos when you can. I appreciate it. @Mr._Bill

If you plan on running KC Slimlights you should have 0 issues I ran them on my front windshield frame on my JKU.

I had the on the mopar brackets on my JL. Just looking at the different bracket from Quadratec. Use to have them on my A pillar but I do like to drop the windshield in the warm months. Never had an issue here with law enforcement thankfully. Hopefully you don't get hammered with the snow storm coming in. About to start here @MHulsey91

These are the frame mounted Mopar brackets with a stock Overland bumper. The height closely matches the bumper. It is 2.25 inches from the grille to the center of the bolt hole. I cut the holes in the plastic cover and then put it back on. I made them smaller than the template, just big enough for the brackets to fit through. Keep in mind the space needed between the grille and the back of the light, in case you want to remove it without removing the lights.

Yeah Its getting ready to start down here in Evansville. I wish I coulda got my KCs mounted up before all this but Still waiting for my Aux switch Panel. You got me thinking about moving them down to the bumper. To fold a window down on JKU is a Pain I can actually do that now. Well when it warms up outside.. 15 is a little chilly to have the top off.

Thank you for taking the time for the pictures. I think I'll be good with the Quadratec mounts and the slim lights. Even with the mopar I should be good. Thanks again for the help and photos. It's very much appreciated @Mr._Bill

Same here in my county. I fold my windshield down a lot thru town or out at my property also. Plus I just like the look a lot better on bumpers if not a light bar across the windshield. Just not wanting to go that big. Few beers can get rid of the chill of you put the windshield down now lol @MHulsey91

Did you ever get the brackets in and installed? Interested to see how the SLimlights look up front instead of on the wiper cowl.

@MHulsey91 went with @Quadratec heavy duty aux brackets instead. A lot more room from grill to light. 3 diff holes to mount different style lights. No drilling either. Also can spread apart farther if I want to. I like these brackets a lot Still waiting on my kc lites to show.

Sorry, didn't you have to cut the piece of plastic that goes between the bumper and the grill?

I did have to cut the filler piece to get it back on over the brackets. I did not use the template sent with the brackets. I measured and made the holes just big enough to fit over the brackets.
