Mopar PDN touch-up paint pen too dark

I decided to buy this Mopar PDN touch-up paint pen to cover up some dings. It lists as what I need for DESTROYER GRAY, but after I shook it and tested a little on a sheet of metal, it just looks black. I actually bought 2 pens (just in case I needed to use more than 1), and they are both just black.
Am I doing something wrong?

Go to a local paint supply store and have one made. Paint lines at the factory are long and can have many different shades. Your paint store can tint is to match
