Was installing some frame side skid plats for my lower control arms and noticed the mounting clamps for my transmission cooler lines are busted. Not sure how this happened, would be possible from repairs made to the truck by the dealer but not positive. The radiator replacement they performed seems most likely culprit but with the amount of wheeling damage I have I could be the real culprit nonetheless I would like to fix it. It looks like the only way to get these clamps is to purchase the whole transmission cooler line assembly, does any one know if there is an alternative or a source for the clamps by themselves?

No way would I replace the whole set of lines just to get the clamps, obviously. Transmission fluid service is fairly involved, and the replacement fluid level needs to be just right - not worth opening up the fluid path for this

No idea if the OE straps are available separate (but I doubt it). Could you order the new pipes, slide the old clamps off without damaging them - maybe? But I can't see how you could put them on the old pipes in situ, without having to bend them open again, causing fatigue and perhaps hastening their end. I wouldn't.

Looks like a fairly easy DIY job to fab up some steel straps - that's certainly what I would do.

EDIT - is it under warranty still? Hard to tell but everything looks fairly fresh
