Move Trac Loc to front and add detroit locker or ARB on rear

I wish they would make a true Detroit for these trucks. None of the available options are without serious drawbacks. The ox is the best of the bunch but having to use either their air or electric activated actuators kind of defeats the advantage of a pure mechanic system.
