I purchased this transfer case to swap my Command-Trac and sold my Gladiator before swapping the case. I did a ton of research before purchasing the case to ensure the swap was possible.

I also have the transfer case control unit and wiring harness for sale if someone wants to do the swap. I will gladly share my research and approach.

I purchased this from a wrecked Jeep with low miles. The part number is 68240453AC and the serial number is TDI2999L0802.

I have the wiring harness, the computer, the transfer case, the gear shifter (leather) extra wiring, and connectors to make it complete. I would sell them all for $1,400 + shipping. for $1,650+ shipping total, I would also make the internal wiring harness add-on with video instructions for plug-and-play installation. Then I am fairly certain the only thing you'd need to do is activate the controller through AlfaOBD or Jscan.
