The lowest cost, most effective way to satisfy your needs, is to buy a set of Rubicon takeoff suspension and tires. Approx $1,000-1,500.
Maybe add a 1” front leveling spacer, if that suits your looks for rake. Also consider the longer Lower Control Arms ($60) that come with the Mopar 2” lift, to minimize steering wander.

It is max tow which only comes sports s and rubicon. It’s stated on the sticker. When went to the dealer I told them I would go somewhere else if I couldn’t get the towing package with 4:10 gears.
Incorrect, Max Tow is not available on the Rubicons, they do how ever have the wider axles and 4.10s.

Just post a picture of your fenders and I can tell you if it's the max tow. It will have a little additional lip on it.
