After trying several different methods to air up/down I came to the conclusion that kneeling by the tire's are my least favorite thing to do. So after looking at all the different ways to air up/down all 4 tire's at once I came to the conclusion that nothing I could buy would do what I wanted to do. So off to making one I did.
What made what I wanted different is I wanted to be able to use both my air compressor's at once. One is my ARB HO Single & the other is my Viair 88P that I bought before my ARB, but still carry with me. I have been rotating them when airing up to speed things up, but its a pain. Still faster then relying on either individually after a trail run, but its a pain in the ass none the less.
The end result was a couple hundred bucks, but I can air down in about 4 minutes (which is less then half the time I was spending using an ARB air down tool that removes the CORE's but doing them one at a time, or about 2 minutes less then using Coyote Deflators). Airing up the limit is still the lack of air at the end of a trail run as the 2 compressor's still take a while even working together. But if I am at home I can air up using my garage compressor as fast as I can air down (limit is how fast the air passes the 4x Schrader valves in the tire's).
Parts list:
Manifold (scrapped all the fittings, this was just the cheapest manifold I could find with the configuration I wanted that didnt have a ton of reviews for the threads not being cut with standard NPT) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KCGSS5N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s03?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Guage https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084ZVBMCR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s03?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Hose https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08YXKY93H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Ball Valve https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07N35V2YM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Air Chuck x4 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01938M8MW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Barb's x2 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017N4TTMA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Schraeder Valve https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001PLI4BA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Tee's (for some reason all the 1/4 barb stainless tee's were too small, but 5/16 worked) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08BJ3BHPC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Ear Clamp Pliars https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01I3H6UMS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Big Ear Clamp assortment (as I wasnt sure what size I would need) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083FHDZ4L/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Heatshrink x2 (optional) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FPTTJ92/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s03?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The total all in was about 300 bucks. But had I used brass instead of stainless & used regular screw type hose clamps & not heat shrunk everything it would have been about 175 with the same functionality (I overspent because I am OCD & wanted it all to look like it was professionally made & wanted the ear clamp plyers & assortment for other projects anyway).
Overall I can definitly say I would of saved money buying a kit like the Speedflate system (https://www.speedflate.com/ plug for them since its owned by a member here & I totally watched his video about 5 times for inspiration) but what I ended up with was a little more purpose made for me. I do need to shorten the hose's though as I left everything too long. But it all fits into a little nylon bag behind my back seats.
