Well I have a 2022 that has the mystery check engine light that keeps on coming on. My local dealership shop is at a total loss about it. I have had it in now 6 different times now. They get a code fix it and then not even 24 hours later the check engine light comes back on. Each time it gives them a different code. They have done the O2 sensor, NOX sensor, DPF filter, camshaft position sensor and the last code was for the NOX sensor again. They can not figure out why it just keeps throwing random codes. They have now submitted a STAR request to the Jeep people in hopes one of their big brained engineer's can figure out what's going on with it. Has anyone ever had the dealership get to the point where they say we give up and want the corporate people to figure it out now? FYI once they told me this I contacted a lemon law attorney to maybe have to help me out if it comes to it.

I just went through about the same. Replaced the NOX sensor, O2 Sensor, EGR Cooler, Manifold gasket and a few other things. In the end the NOX sensor kept coming back on. The dealer started a STAR request after the second time the NOX came back on. Went through this for a while on my '23.

Just got it back the last time last week and this is the first time it has gone a week without throwing a code. The last fix corperate said the NOX sensors have a coating on them that does not burn off easily. Had the dealer run back to back forced regens to get enough heat to burn off the coating and as I said the NOX sensor has not come back on since.

Good luck

Glad they were able to figure yours out. But I’m not complaining. They put me in a brand new 2026 grand Cherokee loaded with anything and everything you can think of while they try to figure it out
