We purchased our Gladiator Diesel in October of 23 and it threw a check engine light the 1st time we drove it. It did have the fuel.pump recall done before we picked it up. It currently has 2k miles and the check engine light has been a weekly occurence since. It took 2months to get it into our local Jeep dealer's service and they basically told me "nothing wrong with it" when i picked it up today. Their analysis of the "low rail pressure" code was "maybe there was some blockage that just cleared it self out". Below is a screen shot of the codes that were stored.

My gut says "camshaft timing/misalignment" and "fuel rail pressure too low" are signs of something more serious than "nothing" or "maybe there was a blockage that was cleared out?"

Some other symptoms we have been.struggling with:
1. Cold starts. We live in Bozeman MT and had a week of mornings between -25 and -45 below 0. The lowest temp i could get it start up at without 30minutes of cranking it with jumper cables hooked up to our other truck was 2degrees (above 0).

2. Fuel.economy is abysmal. A few highway trips at 70mph and short trips around town are both giving similar milage of 15-17mpg. The truck is a rubicon and.does have 35" Michey Thompson Baja Boss AT and an AEV 2.5 Dualsport XP lift. But this still seems pretty bad compared to what others report.

I would love to.take it to a different dealer but in our neck.of the woods that means a 2-3hr drive. I have the ability to trailer it to a competent dealership but dont want to roll the dice on a bunch of them.

Any help is very much appriciated

The P0087 low fuel pressure and starting difficulties may be due to gelled diesel fuel at the low temps you mentioned. Are you using any products to fight fuel gelling? Are you plugging in your block heater at least two hours prior to trying to start the engine at low temps?

The P0562 system voltage low likely kicked out due to the extended cranking and thus killing the batteries. Throwing a battery charger on to top them back up should clear that code provided they aren't worn out.

Can't really say why your P0016 and P0341 codes tripped... might just be random faults associated with the low system voltage, might be something else. For the time being I'd say charge the batteries up and drive the vehicle a few times, see if the codes pop back up again or not.

As for your fuel mileage, I'd say it's likely low due to the short trips and cold weather. Another possibility is if your PCM hasn't been reprogrammed for the larger than stock tires you have installed, that will throw off your odometer and the fuel mileage calculator.
