I have all of the above except my console tray is not like that - it's just 2 compartments or areas, no coin place.I keep them, for Taxes and manual MPG calculation. I write the date, mileage, gallons, cost, miles since last fill, and dash calculated MPG. The receipts fade from heat, so I write everything on the back with an ink pen.
I use this organizer. It sits above the USB connector, so I can remove it to get underneath without having to mess with the USB cable.

I also have one of these in the grab bar.

I found one on eBay for less, but I also have one of these installed. I use the right side pocket for the CD player.

The problem, for me, with the one shown by the OP is it interferes with the rear drink holder.
And the bottom link - mine is two separate pieces, not one piece like that one and it's held in place by adhesive. On the right side it kept falling off so I resolved that with a small screw.
I keep the receipts for multiple reasons - can't always enter stuff at the pump into FillUp due to wind, being in a hurry, it's colder than heck, whatever so I keep them and enter it later (I also write on them the miles and other numbers so they don't fade) and my wife scans receipts and gets rewarded with gift cards. She photographs all receipts through this app she has and so far has enough for a $25 gift card. Not bad for a few seconds work.
