Okay folks, same problem everyone has - aux battery not charging. Took it to the dealer (regretfully, wish I would have read more threads) and they quoted me $1100 to replace both batteries citing both failed their test. I left and decided to do it myself. It was easy, took about 30 minutes total. I hooked the new batteries up to a charger, but not for very long as they both reached green on the charger quickly. Side note- I apparently lost my voltage meter. So, I don’t know for sure that they were fully charged; I was only able to trust the charger. I disconnected everything from the negative terminal on the main battery (as well as the positive terminal) for 15 minutes attempting to do the IBS reset; admittedly, not sure I successfully did it.

Anyway, it starts up just fine, but the error light is still on. I let the truck idle for about an hour and a half and the light is still on. Tried restarting it a handful of times as well.

Looking for help on this one. Anyone??
