Nemesis inner fender liner install help

Anyone here install the Nemesis front inner fender liners? The instructions state I’ll need to trim the inner body metal. Looking for advice from anyone who’s done this.

Did you ever figure this out? I just bought a set for my JT, and the instructions aren't very clear. I also haven't been able to find a helpful tutorial video
