Anyone have much info on the updated blacked-out MOPAR LED headlights? I know the current ones are 82215136AE, but looking for the updated/revised part # if anyone has it? Pics below comparing the previous design to the new ones (second pic).

Note that both of these pics are of the driver side light, and the new ones seemed to be on EVERY LED equipped 2023 on my local lot.

Doesn't seem to be much physical difference, mostly just component color.

Right, far as I could tell just that inner part changed color, but not sure if they planned on keeping the silver version around (ie completely new part #).

Not likely, usually only get new part numbers with a major change. The color difference could be just a manufacturing change and nothing intentional for design from Jeep.

You can get DV8 black LED's that seem to be exactly same as factory for a lot less if you are interested. I had to run an anti-flicker harness to get mine to work reliably since I did not want to use a Taser to tell my truck it had LED lights. I'm guessing you'd have to do that for factory LED lights too, its pretty inexpensive and easy to do.
