So, I have the JCR stubby front bumper. I recently picked up the motobilt winch plate, and am reusing my warn vr10 from previous jeep. I got a nice lower profile fairlead and a factor 55 flat link as well. When test fitting I noticed that the winch plate sits too far back for the fairlead to clear the bumper. Motobilt states that the plate works with both roller and hawse fairleads. Looking at my options I can A) drill new holes in the bumper B) drill new holes in the winch plate C) put washers and longer bolts to space out the fairlead. What do y’all think? Thanks!

Motobilt isn't wrong. It does work with your rollers. It just doesn't work with that bumper and your rollers.

I don't see how drilling new winch plate holes would work. Building out the roller is going to look janky as hell. If you MUST use that roller then you need another plate. If you must use that plate ditch the rollers.

Have you checked with JCR about their winch plate?

You could probably get a good 4x4 or fab shop to whip up a new winch plate to your specs.
