Number of broken windshields in this forum

At the end of February, we hosted a giveaway in the forum for a FREE ExoShield ULTRA kit (our DIY windshield protection film for Jeeps) and asked you guys HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU REPLACED YOUR WINDSHIELD? After tallying everything up, this is what we found!

-105 people translated to a total of 96 windshield replacements.
-Five windshield replacements was the highest number of replacements we saw for one person!
-Of the 105 people who responded, 49/105 entrants had to have at least one windshield replacement.

Although the tiniest of sample sizes, different driving habits, and differences in time of ownership, does any of this surprise you? Are you a member of the broken windshield club??

I'm surprised it wasn't a higher percentage. It's a pretty decent sample size, but it's interesting that only ~50% had one replaced especially considering that 50% accounted for ~2 replacements each on average. In any case, I've had one replacement in just under 2 years/20k miles.
