Oracle colorshift bc1 controller wiring

Hi, When i connect the oravle colorshift headlights using the 3 bc1 controller would i connect both outter halo to one port on the one bc1 controller or do i use 2 ports ( one for each headlight)? can i cover the exposed cables with electrical cable?
