For my new JT Rubicon with Black Twill Sunrider, I ordered an EZ-Fold Tonneau cover to match my Black Twill.
The tonneau cover arrived last Thursday morning (8/4/22) but after setting up on the truck bed for install, noticed that both clamps on the front side won't move to the side to be clamped to the side walls. Both the left and the right side are stuck to the aluminum rod and won't move. The rear side clamps are fine.
I have been calling Bestop to get it replaced but it goes to voicemail or to the call back feature and no one calls. Since I need one this week, I placed an order on Amazon for an EZ-Roll instead which is arriving this coming Thursday. But preferred the tri-fold.
Please help with my return or replacement.
