I guess this is kind of a rant/company review/question thread... at what point do you stop listening to excuses from companies?

I did a lot of searching and Rebel Offroad came as highly recommended with no real negative reviews that i could find, so I ordered a half rack on March 30th. I received what I thought was the complete order about a week afterwards, only to find there were still 1 more package I needed, the side panels and top channels. This package ships from a separate location and you don't get notified because "our system can't include 2 tracking numbers". This was my first red flag, but I thought to myself you need a new system and brushed it off. They provided me a tracking number. I STILL haven't received the last package.

I've been given 4 different excuses as to why my parts aren't here yet.
1st excuse on April 7th- parts aren't back from powder coating. We will have them in shop by the 11th, we will ship them the 14th, and you'll have them by 18th.
2nd excuse April 23rd, still no tracking movement - sorry, we haven't seen the parts yet, and he guys who deal with that are on a business trip until next week
3rd excuse April 21st, still no tracking movement - we should have these in house in the next couple days and shipped out immediately
4th excuse May 5th, still no tracking movement - sorry, we have the parts back from powder coat, but we changed the design and now they don't fix the boxes we normally ship in. I am pushing the guys to get these shipped out this week or early next week. (proceeds to send me a photo of a non-powder coated part to show the design changes)
It's now May 20 and I STILL see no movement with the tracking number. UPS has not received the item.

How long would you wait and keep listening to excuses before saying thats enough? Shouldn't be a tariff issue because everything is source and made in the USA (according to them).

EDIT: Just reached out to them to see if they will exchange the panels and top channels for their rear hatch. The cost of the hatch is around the same price as the panels and channels. This way I can have my own enclosure panels cut and can use their rear hatch that's already a decent design. I imagine they will want to add shipping costs, but hoping if they agree to the swap they will eat the shipping cost since I've been waiting on these for almost 2 months.

They wouldn't swap anything out but they did finally show up. I think it was still a couple weeks after I posted this.
