hey guys. Like the title says, I have the Overland. I want ro do 17" rims and 35's. To do this, do I need a full 2-3" lift or can I just do a simple spacer spring lift? What do you recommend? I do not do rock crawling. Simple trails.

I’ve got an Overland on stock suspension right now while running 315/70r17’s (34.4 inches tall). No rubbing whatsoever on stock suspension. I’m installing a 2” leveling kit (spacer) this week just for looks as I don’t like the rake. I think you’d be fine with the spacer kit. Here is a picture of mine before the spacer kit:

Ok, nice. Wasnt sure if I needed to buy new springs or something. May go-ahead with the leveling kit. Thanks.

I am looking to order High Altitude with 20 inch rims. Do I need to lift to put 325/60/r20 tires? about 35.3 inches. Thankyou

No, disconnect the stabilizer, check the free play on the steering wheel and center it, and then follow the thread with the instructions for adjusting the steering box. You may need some heat to soften the locktite. Best of luck!
Just in the front
What size and brand spacer kit did you go with?

It’s a 2” Tuff County kit with shock relocation brackets in addition to the coil spacer. No difference in ride after install.
Thank you for the feedback. That's crazy! It looks great - where the 1.5" spacer that most folks get looks like it raises it too much. Congrats.

Overland. 17s. 35s. Clayton 2.5" lift which will net you 3.5-4" on the Overland. Need more fender clearance.
