They likely will, Amazon has replaced orders for me when delivered to the wrong address. The fault is with the shipper, though, not the place you ordered from. Contact your neighbors to see if they have it, and confirm the shipping address with the vendor.

Since you wrote that it says they left it in the mailbox, sounds like you were not expecting that. That suggests you used a commercial shipper who handed it over to the post office for the final few miles. A common practice. Give the Post Office a delivery day to drop it off. That day will also allow a neighbor who may have received it time to bring it by your house. If you haven't found after that, communicate with your mailman--leave a note in the mail box asking if he recalls the package.
I had a package (not USPS) misdelivered to my house when I was on the road for a couple weeks. Belonged to my next door neighbor. The other neighbor, who was putting my mail in the house, did not notice the mistake. So, my next door neighbor eventually received, but a couple weeks late.
