Peeling white coating inside hard top

Has this started happening to anyone else? The white coating inside the hard top is peeling. Also if you just rub your finger along any part of the white (not just where it's peeling) some of it will come off like white dust. The truck isn't even two years old yet so I'm thinking this is just bad design of that coating. This should be covered under warranty I'd think but wanted to see if anyone else has the same issue.

I don't have the peeling but definitely the white dust when you rub your finger on my two front panels. I noticed this last fall when mine was only about 8 months old.

Here's my situation, I got mine new in April '22 and a few weeks later put on a Besttop Sunrider. I put the front panels in the bag and up in the garage attic for the summer until last November. The attic was probably a consistent 100+ degrees all summer. When I took them down to put them back on for the winter, I immediately noticed the white dust on my hands when handling them to put them back on, which I'm sure wasn't happening when I took them off.

My immediate assumption was that I screwed up, and keeping them in that constant heat all summer caused some kind of accelerated drying of the material or coating. Especially since I don't have the issue anywhere on the back interior section of the hardtop.

On the flipside, the back section was out in the sun and hot summer all year, so why wouldn't that also be doing the same thing since the inside of the Jeep can get just as hot, albeit it's not constant.

This spring when I put the Sunrider back on I kept the panels in the house in basement this time. Wish I would have done that in the first place.
