Sorry I am bumping an old thread but I am on the hunt for a cross bar/bed cover combo. What Bed Cover is this that is working with the VooDoo?
It’s the Rugged Ridge Armis hard rolling cover. You have to pull it under the cross bars instead of a normal roll but I can completely open it.

any modifications to the sides/rails to makeit work?
Looks similar to the X4S which I found requires cutting.

Yes I did have to cut the rail of the cover with a dremel tool to make it work. The velcro on the side covers that well although I did add some rubber weatherstripping. I’ll try to take some pics of that tomorrow. I’ve had it on for 18 months or so and have been happy with it.

I preordered a set of Trukd crossbars and they are supposed to be shipping at the end of the month. They have some pictures on their website -www.gettrukd.com.

Aesthetically, I think these look better than the Voodoo or Billie bars. Also, they offer a molle panel that connects the bars to give it a cooler look.

Yakima bedrock and HD bars. Crazy strong and well built. Decided to go with a full JCR for more overlanding gear, but the Yakima’s were a great option.

How did you mount these bars? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I don’t have my truck yet. But how do they mount up to the bedsides?

Leaning towards KB Voodoo Hi Rise crossbars but post some pics of what you've got... Will be used mainly for bikes.
You might wanna check out the Front Runner Slimline II bed rack

its great for mounting bike racks and very low profile.

From the looks of it, it is mounted via clamp which majority of the bed racks are using.
