Prp covers and errors

I ordered some prp seat covers and both fronts came like this.

Wtf is the opening for?

I contacted prp and haven't heard back but my understanding is with custom orders I might be stuck with these.

Anyone had an experience like this with them and how were they to deal with?

Never seen a prp seat cover like this… that’s very strange never seen a Jeep seat that would need that, looks like a major error on there part hope they back their error for your sake

It looks like a hole for a pull strap -- to pull the seat forward. It doesn't look like it fits very well. You sure you got the correct seat cover?

Looks like a seat cover for a seat that has the seatbelt built in. That doesn't look like a jeep seat.

Well...fuck.

I looked at order again. At the top it says JL & JT but when I scroll down it says code 037 which is the 2dr.

Now I'm guessing I'm stuck with them.

This sucks.

Post them in JL forums or ask for a refund. Someone will have a use for them

I would still contact them and if they raise a stink, say it's misleading that it fits a JT when it really doesn't.

I just got off the phone with them and they'll replace the seat backs for $100 each.

This is a pretty fair solution and Im happy with it.
