Man, there was not much difference between invoice and MSRP on that. I think if you pay invoice or below invoice you got a good deal.I just bought a 2021 base sport a few days ago in NJ. The MSRP was $40,130 and there was a $1,000 rebate that brought the offer down to $39,130. I tried to get them to come down another $1,000, but they wouldn’t budge. The manager explained that there is little fat on the MSRP on base models and he showed me the invoice price, which was $39,154. I didn’t have a trade in. I indicated I would finance through Chrysler before getting their offer hoping that would help lower the price. I didn’t request any accessories and didn’t take the extended warranty offers. I was in and out in one stop. I was in a rental and needed to pull the trigger quickly.
They will tell you all day long they can’t discount it or give you better deal. But they always do when you get up and start walking out.
