I would be looking at the stubby version.

If you put it on, how was winch mounting, fog light mounting, etc?

I have not mounted the winch yet but I will not take it off when I do. There seems to be enough room to get everything into it. I have a Sport S as well and the fog lights mount with no modification. With that said they are a pain in the ass because of the type of screws they include. I installed it by myself and wasn't too bad. Definitely leave the mounting bolts loose when installing it to make them easier to line up. I like the bumper and would recommend it. As a side note, the quadratec emblem on the front is just a sticker and easy to take off.
