Re-gear for 35” tyres on the Rubicon?

Will it be necessary to re-gear a jt rubicon for 35 inch tires? What about if towing small camper trailer

Not sure but will say with my 2017 rubicon jk 4 door. I have jks lift and Nitto 35’s and don’t recommend a long road trip pulling a trailer .

But not sure with the new trans and such .
