Rear Center Seatbelt - reduce/stop flapping?

Did some searching and didn't find anything so please let me know if there's a post on this already.

In previous cars I've owned, the middle rear seatbelt could be unhooked at the seat base and allowed to roll up out of the way. Doesn't seem like this is possible on the gladiator. With windows down and/or roof off - the center belt flaps like crazy.

Anyone have tricks to hold it down or get it out of the way without cutting it or tapping it to the seat?

Minor thing to complain about but it drives me crazy...

I close mine up in the fold down armrest.

Sadly, my seats do not have the center fold down :(
Ah, that's too bad. You probably have done this already, but have you tried just buckling the belt? That may hold enough tension to keep the flapping to a minimum.
