Rear Interior Quarter Panel Clip

I am looking for a replacement of this grommet/nut/panel clip for the rear interior quarter panel. I am having difficulty finding this part in the Mopar catalog. Does any one know a part number for this clip. To me its starting to look like you get this clip free when you buy a new panel lol.

Item 5 in this drawing.

But looking at what Quadratec has as a photo of that part number, it doesn't look like the one in the image so I don't know if it is it or not.

Edit: I see that same part number in a different diagram and in that one it looks like the one Quadratec is showing. Square, not round. So it is probably not the correct part.
