Red D Rings/Shackles fro Steel Front Bumper

Anyone know if it's possible to install red d rings/shackles onto the OEM Steel Front bumper? Looking to add some red "pop" to my steel OEM bumper..

Red hooks not enough? The shape of the hook is to capture a 3/4” shackle.

If you were willing to perform some surgery you could remove the crush cans and graft a shackle mount eye to the back side of the hook horse shoe and then mount a shackle to that.
