Aftermarket. My Rubicon came with an OEM front camera but this head unit doesn’t accept a front OEM camera. Had to add an aftermarket one.

Gotcha. I’m in the market for a front camera and trying to figure out what camera besides OEM fits the front grill housing. What aftermarket brand did you go with and how was the resolution?

Sunce I have a Rubicon with OEM camera the audio shop I use just removed the OEM camera from the grille housing and mounted the aftermarket camera in its place.

What features did you lose in going to this, and why are you selling? How old is it? Currently, I have a Rubi with the alpine system and I use the off road options all the time and I use the OEM front camera a lot. Sounds like you retain that feature by swapping in the Alpine front camera. Does that camera mount in the OEM location then?

I’m getting ready to sell my gladiator, so stripping it down. You lose the off road page on the alpine screen but still have that on your dash display. Yes, the aftermarket front camera is mounted in the factory location.
