What did they quote you for a price?
It's been so many years I honestly don't remember the exact number. I want to say labor was around 500 an axle and parts are what parts are, he let me bring my own Dana Spicer.

Would be curious to know what they charge as well and if they still allow you to bring your own gear set. I have heard good things about Red Scorpion. I was ready to pull the trigger on a re-gear in Orlando (already purchased the dana gear sets) but then I was hearing a lot of concerns from people in the local Jeep community on the local Orlando shop not being as good as they were in the past with poor quality work, very high prices and owners feeling like they got overcharged based on past reputation It is considered a top place to go for Jeeps in Orlando. I saw first hand some work done and what was charged and got cold feet.
